Moderator

Game Master experience appreciated (please detail it in your CV).
Serious, available and comfortable managing a community.
Good people skills and ability to mediate between players.

Tester

Very good knowledge of World of Warcraft in general.
Thoroughness in spotting and describing bugs precisely.
Motivation to test content, dungeons and features.
